Personalizing Your Stationery
Once you’ve found an item you’d like to personalize, please follow these steps:

Choose product type. |

Type your name and/or message. |
 |
Personalize it with typestyle (you can preview all of the fonts by clicking “view typestyle”). |

Choose your favorite font color (you can preview all of the colors by clicking “view colors”). |

Placing an order

Once you have completed the personalization, select and order quantity and add to your shopping cart. |

Use the Continue Shopping button from your shopping cart to choose and select additional stationery. |

You will get an e-mail confirmation once we receive your order. |
Unintended Orders
If a customer enters an order by mistake and you contact us immediately by phone, we will do our best to try and cancel your order. If the job is already in production, then it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the order. We advise you not to enter your credit card for a job you don’t want.
Cancellations
We apologize, but we are unable to change or cancel an order online.
Missing Orders
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received an order within 30 days from time of order. Any job older than 30 days from time of order cannot be replaced or tracked.
Order Status
If for some reason you DO NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible (using one of the options above).
Sales Tax
Federal law requires that Dainty Expressions collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to addresses within Texas. Orders shipped to all other states in the U.S. are exempt from sales tax.

Ordering online with Dainty Expressions is fast, easy and secure. Once you complete your order, we will send an order confirmation receipt to your e-mail address.
Your credit card transaction is secure and all credit card information is transmitted to us via encrypted SSL technology.
You can be sure we make every effort to protect your personal and credit card information.
Customization Policy
Dainty Expressions reserves the right to refuse to print or produce any customized features on products that do not meet our quality guidelines. Customized features may include any derogatory language that may occur within names, titles, slogans, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses.
Shipping / Processing Time
Order Processing Time:
We make a concentrated effort to have your order printed and package within 3 business days or receipt of your order. However, we reserve the right for up to 7 business days on ground orders. PLEASE NOTE: ORDER PROCESSING TIME IS IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME.
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Please provide a physical street address with your order as we caan NOT ship your order to a P.O. Box.
About Our Products
Card Stock
At Dainty Expressions we use a variety of fine materials to make our products. All cards are printed on Medium 65-lb. cover stock from one of the finest paper manufacturers in the world. For additional line of products, paper stock will be specified when ordering.
Catalog Request
At this time we do not offer a printed catalog.
Type Sizes
Most stationery items are printed with size 16 or 18 type.
Ethnicities/Skin Shades
You can choose from 4 different ethnicities. Here is our recommendation for the following skin shades:
Fair Skin = Caucasian
Light Brown Skin = Hispanic or African American
Brown Skin = African American
Refunds
We do not accept refunds or returns. Should a personalized item be ordered incorrectly it is the sole responsibility of the customer to reorder the item at full cost. Should Dainty Expressions make an error on a personalized order we will replace and reship the corrected item at no charge.

We belive our designs are the best you can find. All of our products were designed and personalized in house to ensure high standards of product quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us right away. We’ll do whatever we can to make it right.
About Your Account
Order status
You can log in to your account anytime via the e-mail address and password used to set up your account. By logging in you can check status of pending orders and view status of past orders in your account, along with tracking numbers and ship dates.
E-mail / password
If your e-mail address changes, you will need to create a new account with your new e-mail address and a password. If you forget your password, go to my account click on the link to have your password sent to you via e-mail.
